I need a hitch for my 2018 Lexus ES350. Which one is least visible?

Both the hitches available for your 2018 Lexus ES350 will be visible below the rear bumper. I'd recommend going with the Draw-Tite # 36530 over the Curt model because the Draw-Tite is much easier to install.
If you'll be towing with your hitch, you'll need a few other items to complete your towing system.
Trailer wiring harness, part # 118592
Ball Mount, # 36071
1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # 19256 or 2 inch ball, # 19258
