It is likely your trailer wheel has a zero offset, because most trailer wheels do, but to measure the offset on a wheel like the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM20750, all you'll need to do is remove the wheel and measure from where the wheel mounts to the hub to the inside bead and outside bead, with the difference being the offset.
I have added a link to our entire selection of trailer tires and wheels for you to check out.

What about when measuring a dual wheel? You have a couple with a 5.35" or 5.5" offset, is this from centerline?
