Can this be installed in the T-slots of the RetraxPro XR? I have a 2017 F250. Thank you

The Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH27000XTB mounts using clamps and while it isn't compatible with the Trax Rails on your RetraxPro XR, part # RTT-80383 for a short bed or part # RTT-80384 for a long bed 2017 Ford F-250, I do have a ladder rack solution for you.
Yakima had their OverHaul HD Ladder Rack # Y01151-5855 which includes adapters designed specifically for the Trax Rails on your tonneau cover. Some of the benefits of the OverHaul HD include the ability to to slide back and forth in the Trax Rails, height adjustments, and the option to add a wide variety of accessories like the Eye Bolts # Y01162 or the Load Stops # Y01153 for example.
