Published 11/21/2019

Question:

Need a portable compressor for tires. 150# is a good direction however I do not want to fight with a light duty cycle. Which of your units carries a 100@ duty cycle.

I'm not sure what you meant by '100@ duty cycle', but the # BDW41003 compressor you've been looking at has a 10 minute duty cycle (defined as running at 100 psi at 72° F). That means that at 100 psi, you'll be able to run the compressor for about 10 minutes before it starts overheating. This compressor is recommended for tires up to 33 inches in diameter.

The # BDW41000, has a 40 minute duty cycle, and sound more like what you're looking for. The compressor will operate at up to 150psi and can be used on tires 37 inches in diameter and larger. I've linked you to a product description video featuring the # BDW41000 compressor.
