The over the wheel well tool box says it’s 23 1/2 tall. That would probably interfere with my fifth wheel towing. Do you carry a 20 inch?

We do but it won't be a UWS toolbox like the part # UWS01623 you referenced. DeeZee has their toolbox part # DZ95 which measures 37" long x 7-3/4" wide x 19-1/2" tall and fits the driver's side of your pickup. The passenger side equivalent is part # DZ94 and has the same dimensions.
These are made in the USA, come with a limited lifetime warranty, and are designed to fit under most tonneau covers so you shouldn't have any issues with your 5th wheel towing!
