Can I install this lightbar on my 2018 Ford F-150 with Pro trailer backup assist system?

For your 2018 Ford F-150, the LED light bar that is going to give you the stop, tail, turn, and reverse light functions and is 100 percent compatible with the backup assist system is the Putco Red Blade LED Tailgate Light Bar # P92010-60.
As you can see by the cut out of the linked installation instructions I added, Putco has designed the P92010-60 to work specifically with Ford trucks like your 2018 F-150 so it will not interfere with any of the OEM systems.
