Can I Flat Tow a 2013 Honda Accord or a 2004 Mini Cooper?

Im looking to leave my tow dolly behind. Too much work. I currently have an 09 Nissan Altima 2.5 with CVT transmission. And my 05 mini 5 speed, the clutch now kills my healed broken leg. Also can a 2013 Honda Accord be flat towed??

I did some research and you'll want to confirm this in the owner's manual of your 2013 Honda Accord, but it appears that all models of the Accord must be towed on a tow dolly in the same manner as your 2009 Altima. Unfortunately it appears that the only vehicle you've listed that can be flat towed is your 2005 Mini Cooper- which considering your leg issues probably isn't your desired option. I still recommend that you consult the owners manual of your Mini before flat towing it to confirm that this is the case.
In the event that you wanted to go ahead and flat tow your Mini, I'll provide you with the parts you would need, just in case. You'll need base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, a supplemental braking system, lights and a high/low adapter. I've compiled an easy to read list below that lists all of the parts for you to review:
Base Plates- Blue Ox # BX1303
Tow Bar- Blue Ox Alpha 2 # BX7380 (safety cables included)
Lights- Magnetic Tow Lights # RM-2120
Supplemental Braking- # RM-9400
High/Low Adapter- You'll want to check the links to the article on how to measure for the correct high/low adapter and look at the link provided to all of our high/low adapters to choose the one that most closely matches your needs.
