Yes you can install a 4-way connector on the 2020 Cadillac XT5 without splicing wires with Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package part # 118720 which will plug directly into the OEM tow package wiring harness. The photos show where the wiring harness will plug into. I have attached an installation video for your reference on the 2017 Cadillac but the install will be the same for the 2020.
