Congrats on the new truck purchase! I'd be more than happy to help you navigate through which fifth wheel hitch would be best for towing with your 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the factory rail kit.

I actually have 2 different recommendations and it all boils down to what you are looking for in a 5th wheel hitch. I really like the B&W Companion item # BWRVK3370 and the Demco Hijacker Autoslide item # DM8550024 because they are arguably the best 2 options on the market, are made in the USA, and use excellent jaw designs and cushioning to give you the smoothest towing experience.

The main differences between the Companion and the Hijacker are that the Companion is a manual slider, so you have to get in and out of the truck to use the sliding feature, it has a cam-action latch handle that helps make disconnecting very easy on uneven ground, and it comes with a limited lifetime warranty. This contrasts with the Hijacker which automatically slides so you don't have to get out of the truck unless you are making a pit stop or arrive at your destination, but it has a 5-year limited warranty and you need to make sure that you park your trailer on fairly level ground and you're able to back almost straight up to connect.

So really you are just choosing between a better warranty and release feature vs automatic sliding hitch. Like I said above, both hitches are great and very well liked on the market.
