Yes, for your 2020 Chevy Blazer we have the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13418, which is a perfect fit and will line right up to existing holes in the frame rails for a simple bolt-on, no-drill installation. It will provide you with a 2" receiver and features robust capacities of 5,000 pounds towing and 750 pounds of tongue weight.
