Question:
Hello, your part# AL91RB looks to be identical to my 1984 GMC Dually one ton tailgate lights? I mean they almost look the same but Im not 100, these are the lights that the factory would use on thare trucks. Please let me know if these are the same lights. Thanks....

Yes, from what I found, you can use # AL91RB LED lights to replace the five original incandescent tailgate lights on your 1984 GMC C-Series Dually Pickup. These are standard size clearance lights (2-1/2 x 1-3/16) that were used on a variety of different trailer and some truck OEM applications and were sold under a number of brand names. Keep in mind that these lights don't have wires coming out the back, so in order to install them you'll also need a mounting bracket # A91BB to provide the ground through a mounting screw # 1131832 as well as a single wire plug # A91LW.
A more economical option is the Redline Mini Thinline Light # LT02-230, which includes the LED light, mounting bracket and plug. Or you can use # 2250R if you want to stick with the incandescent style lights, as shown in the attached photo.
