Question:
Part Numbers: 331-EBRH-ACCV2,3016-S I would like to install in a 2016 2500hd Silverado. Has a Curt controller now. Will I have splice in to install or will it come with a cable that will plug in where the Curt used to plug in?

The Redarc # RED44FR Tow-Pro Elite you mentioned includes a wiring pigtail that ends in bare wires, as shown in its product description photo. If you still have the plug in harness you used with your old Curt controller, you could simply plug it into the connector under the dash, then cut off the connector that used to plug into the Curt Controller. You'd wire those wires, color for color, to the wiring pigtail included with the Tow-Pro Elite.
If you no longer have the Curt harness, you can buy the vehicle specific harness, part # 3016-S. This harness would wire to the controller pigtail wires color for color.
