I just want to verfy this model will work with dual exhaust. Some other sites mention their products wont work with dual exhausts.

The Curt Class I receiver you mentioned, part # C11081 is compatible with the Sedan model only.
Draw-Tite tells me that their Class I receiver # 24871 is a fit for the 2008 Sebring Convertible, regardless of the exhaust set-up.
To complete your towing set-up, you might also need the following:
Vehicle wiring harness with 4-pole trailer connector, part # 118444
Drawbar # 3594
Pin and Clip # PC2
1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # 19256
or 2 inch trailer ball, part # 19258
