I do have a great solution for you, however the CIPA Custom Towing Mirror that you referenced will not fit your 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This particular mirror is designed for earlier model years of your Jeep and won't fit the factory mirrors on your 2012 Grand Cherokee.

There actually isn't a custom slip-on towing mirror like this available for your Jeep, so your best option is with a universal model. For this I highly recommend K-Source # KS3990, which is confirmed to fit your Jeep and features a really nice ratcheting design that does a great job of reducing the movement and vibration that you see with a lot of other towing mirrors. The quick-release button on the ratchet also allows for fast removal when you aren't towing or trying to fit into a tight parking space.
