Question:
Replacement for Atwood 75721. Does this new motor come with directions for removing old motor? Can the motor be replaced with the trailer resting on the Jacks or does it need to be stabilized differently? Thanks

Those are a couple of good questions, and to start, I just want to confirm the correct replacement for your Atwood 75721 motor is the Replacement Motor # LG-142178. Now, in regards to removing the motor, it is extremely simple as literally all you have to do is unscrew your old motor and screw in the new one with the included hardware. To reconnect your wiring you just have to use Heat Shrink Butt Connectors # DW05745-5.
Written instructions are not included with the new motor, but I have added a link to a video that shows you exactly how to do it which I recommend checking out; the motor removal and re-install happens just after the 3:00 mark. To answer your other question, you can replace the motor with the trailer resting on your landing gear jacks so you won't need to stabilize it differently.
