My truck had a BandW Turnover Gooseneck installed but it was removed. Will the Curt 661 fit in the holes already cut in the bed?

The gooseneck ball hole won't be in the exact location going from the B and W setup to the Curt setup so your best option would be to install the same hitch that came out of the truck part # BWGNRK1313 which is widely considered to be the nicer hitch setup than the Curt and because it would minimize additional cutting of truck bed. There wouldn't be any other hitch option that's going to fit in exact same hole as what you have now aside from the B and W.
