The Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains w/ Cams # TC2828CAM that you referenced is a pair of chain sets which means there's one for two different wheels. So to cover a single axle on a truck like yours you'd just need a quantity of one of the # TC2828CAM. To cover all of the wheels on your truck you'd need a quantity of 2.
