We have had one of our support metal pieces break the bolt snapped and caused the metal rid to break how can we get a new support piece replacement the piece goes from the front of one step to the back of the next step

I have a solution for you but we don't have a replacement bracket to replace the support and bolt that was broken on your TorkLift GlowStep similar to the # TLA8004 . Instead you would need to use the Add-A-Step for TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps # TLA8101 which will work on any TorkLift GlowStep models with the 25-7/16" wide mounting base. You can use the parts in this kit to replace your broken parts or replace an entire step.
If you have the 27-7/16" mounting base model of TorkLift GlowSteps you'll need # TLA8001 . If you have a different model of steps, please let me know and I will see which replacement parts are available for that model.
