Recommended Lube for Pop & Lock Power Lock Conversion Kits
Updated 10/15/2019 | Published 10/13/2019 >
Question:
Is there a recommended lubricant for this actuated lock? I have it, and it seems to be sticking when trying to use the fob to lock/unlock. The keyed portion still works fine.

I spoke with Pop and Lock about the Pop & Lock Power Lock Conversion Kit for Truck Caps part # PAL9772 and they as well seem to think the issue was with a lack of lubrication. The recommended type of lubrication is graphite compound.
