Based on my research your Keystone Bullet 248RKS Travel Trailer has a listed length of 29 feet, 10 inches. When picking out a storage cover it is important to measure the overall length of the trailer (including anything mounted to the rear like a ladder or spare tire) but excluding the tongue.

I do recommend verifying that the 29 feet 10 inch length Keystone lists is not including the tongue by taking a quick measurement of your trailer.
