All of the hitches available for the 2017 Honda HR-V like Curt Class I hitch part # C11416 have a 200 lb tongue weight capacity. Cargo carriers are considered all tongue weight on the hitch so you would not want to exceed the 200 lb tongue weight capacity of the Class I hitch available for your vehicle to avoid damaging the hitch or the vehicle's frame.
You could use a 20x47 Reed Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" Hitches part # 63155 to transport your prize. However it weights 44 pounds. Since you can't exceed your 200 lb tongue weight. Your deer would have to 156 pounds or less.
