How to Change Temperature Display on Greystone Fireplace from Celsius to Fahrenheit
Published 10/11/2019 >
Question:
I’m having an issue with my fireplace and was hoping you could help me solve this or at least direct me to the right place. I have a Model #WF2613R fireplace and the temperature setting buttons now show numbers instead of a temp. I know, numbers and temps are still numbers but it no longer shows temps when I toggle through. Temp should display 85,80,75,70 and 65. It now shows L, H, 32, 29,27,24,21, and 18. I can’t find anything online on how to change the programming back. Thanks for any help.

From what you described it sounds like you set the temperature to display Celsius instead of Fahrenheit.
I reached out to Greystone who said that if you press and hold the thermostat button down until it beeps it should reset the display to show Fahrenheit for your 26" fireplace like part # 324-000068.
If you are still having issues please let me know and I can help you troubleshoot further.
