For the correct fifth wheel bed rail/frame bracket kit for your 2003 GMC Sierra 3/4 ton, use the # C16418-104 from Curt. The # C16411-104 you had looked at fits later-model Sierra/Silverados, and wouldn't work for your truck.
If you need to install a trailer connector in the truck bed, I'd recommend going with part # C56000. I've linked to install videos for the bracket/rail kit as well as the wiring I recommended.
