We do have a tow mirror solution that will fit your 2005 Chevy Silverado 3500 that has the telescoping mirrors but none of the custom fit options we carry like the # KS80800 work with the telescoping setup you have.
So the best option is the CIPA tow mirrors part # CM11980-2 which clip to the top of the mirror housing and provide you with a wider view behind you when towing. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
