Are you absolutely certain the bumper cover will fit back on the bumper after the hitch is installed as indicated in the video

Expert Reply:
It is highly likely the bumper cover will be able to be put back on your 2010 GMC Acadia after installing the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98863, though there are some occasions which it has not been able to.
That said, it is rare the cover will not go back on, as I went through all of the customer reviews for this hitch and the Curt Trailer Hitch # 13424, and there was just one instance of a customer relaying they were unable to get the cover back on. All other mentions of the cover were that if fit back on the vehicle.
If you take a look at the the linked installation video of this hitch on a '10 Acadia, you can see that the hitch is entirely recessed behind where the bumper cover is.
I also wanted to mention, if you do need trailer wiring and do not have the tow package on your '10 Acadia, the harness that fits is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118451. I have added a link to a video install of this harness for you to check out.
