I have a really great solution that will give you a ladder rack and a retractable Pace Edwards tonneau cover for your 2012 Dodge Ram with a 6-1/2 foot bed with the Pace Edwards Full-Metal JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover w/ Utility Rig Rack # FED7833-UR3005 which gives you the JackRabbit retractable tonneau cover as well as an aluminum ladder rack that fits the truck bed rails.
There isn't a similar option that would work with the Switchblade but the JackRabbit is basically the same style of retractable hard cover but with a slimmer profile that works better with a ladder rack.
