Question:
Have 1995 four-wheel drive Dodge Cummins diesel truck back bumper steel custom aftermarket will tell master hitch Mount work looks to me like it would

The Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier part # RM-195125 should work on a 1995 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 but you will need to confirm the hitch pin hole depth for yourself because of the aftermarket bumper. The Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier will require that you have no more than 8" between the center of the hitch pin hole to the outer edge of the bumper. I checked the bolt/lug pattern and there will be no issues here.
