What is the overall height of the spare tire carrier from center of hitch to top of tire mount.

I reached out to Roadmaster, who told me the height from the center of the hitch to the top of the tire mount of the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195125 is approximately 28-3/4" from the center of the hitch to the top of the tire mounting bracket.
