How can I get parts for th Fulton FXP10W0301. I need the star gear and pin gear broke in half and pin snapped. Do I have to contact the Manufacturer Fulton at Mosinee, WI? or do you sell the parts?

We've got you covered with the Replacement Bevel Gear Kit # F0933302S00. This kit includes the gear and pin that you mentioned needing for the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack # FXP10W0301.
I am attaching an installation video for the Gear Kit # F500314(that we no longer carry) that you can reference for the install. These kits are for different jacks but the process will be very similar.
