Question:
Will this work if my vehicle has the ATP 4 in lift kit installed concerned exhaust will not allow hitch to fit

Since the ATP 4 inch lift you installed is a suspension lift the exhaust position does not change relative to the vehicle frame which means that the Curt hitch part # C13269 will fit your 2017 Jeep Renegade just fine without any interference!
