Dimensions of Buyer's Products Mud Flap Mounting Plates

Can you tell me the dimensions of these? Length, height, and mounting holes

I went out and measured the mounting plates, part # 337MFBH2375A, for you. At its longest point it measures 23-3/4 inches and the shorter distance is 19-3/4 inches. It's 3 inches tall 1 inch deep from the bend.
The first mounting hole is 1-1/2 inches from either end and the holes are all inches from each other, center on center.
The metal itself is 0.135 inches thick.
