Yes, the Kuat NV 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack # NV22G will fit wheel sizes 25" - 29" with a maximum tire width of 4.8" I did contact Kuat directly today to confirm this for you. It has an included adapter and there is also a stand alone adapter # APBK that lets you carry an additional bike with fat tires if needed.
