Yes, the Curt gooseneck hitch adapter part # 16055 will fit perfectly into the rails you have in the bed of your truck that currently has a Pro Series 16k fifth wheel hitch. The rails your hitch and this adapter are designed to fit are the exact same size/dimension.

I attached a picture of the adapter installed in a set of rails like you have now as well plus a link to a review video.

The # 16055 has a 3 inch offset built into it. This means the gooseneck ball is moved 3 inches forward/rearward from the center between the two rails. For added clearance most people put the ball closer to the tailgate which means having the hand holes in front of the ball.
