I have a 1987 33foot Fleetwood Prowler. Is this the correct spring over kit: K71-385-00

If the diameter of the axles on your 1987 Fleetwood Prowler are 3 inches and round yes, the part # K71-385-00 is the correct kit to use as an over under. This is a common size for 5,200 to 7,000 lb axles. If instead you have a diameter of 2-3/8 inch you'd need the # K71-384-00 instead.
