Does it have solid rubber wheels? I have the vale jack,it doesnt have solid rubber wheels and the tires are always loosing air.Im going to try and SLIME them see if this helps.

The tires of the # ORJW500D are solid rubber. It sounds like you have a Trailer Valet that has inflated tires which were known to be problematic like you mentioned. If you have a Trailer Valet XL like part # TVXL25 you can replace the tires with a solid tire like part # TVXLSR.
If you have the older 5Xs though it would not fit since the solid tires are too large.
