Based on the weld stop measurement you listed and the GVWR of the 2010 Palomino Sabre 31RETS the Stromberg Carlson Electric Landing Gear Set # LG-3 will work really well. This system features a 6,500 pound weight capacity, provides a total lift of 34-7/8 inches, and weld stops that are spaced apart by 15-1/2 inches inside to inside (and 17-1/2 inches outside to outside) so you can use your existing brackets.
A hand crank is included for manual operation if you lose power, and the direct drive allows for easy operation and less strain on the motor and gears. I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
