No power to trailer brake pin on truck when brake pedal down or controller manually used,why.

Expert Reply:
A brake controller not wanting to function can be for a few reasons. But most of the time it's just a dirty pin on the trailer wiring connectors. So I'd first try cleaning off all of the pins to see if that helps.
