Question:
I bought a Curt hitch class 2 for Ford fusion 2014. Can you tell me the torque specs for that please?

Expert Reply:
We do not publish the torque specs for the hardware used in the hitch installations because the hitch manufacturers will occasionally change the hardware included with the hitch which in many cases will change the proper torque spec. Therefore, we simply refer folks to the installation instructions which the hitch manufacturers do a great job of keeping current. The Class II trailer hitch for your 2014 Fusion is part # C12091, and you can see the torque spec in step # 5 of the instructions which I've linked for you.
