Yes, the Threaded Hitch Pin # P5901 is the correct replacement for your Swagman Original Bike Rack # S64152-2. If you wanted to upgrade to a locking assembly you could use part # S64027, which features the same threaded design to reduce movement inside the hitch receiver but also has an integrated lock core and keys to help deter theft of your investments.
