Does Pop and Lock Lock # PAL3300 for 1996 Dodge Ram Come With a Handle or is the Old One Reused

I am looking for a tailgate lock for a 1500 Ram 1996. does the black peace I see the handle or the new and use my old handle thanks.

The black piece is the bezel in the tailgate lock # PAL3300. The actual handle used to open the tailgate will be the the existing one you have on the truck. I have also included a link to all of the tailgate lock options for your 1996 Dodge Ram 1500.
