I have a 2019 GMC Sierra SLT X31, it says that I need to disconnect the negative battery cable. Is there something similar to the RM-766 that would work to disconnect the negative?

The easiest option we have for disconnecting the negative terminal of a batter like on your 2019 GMC Sierra is the DEKA part # DW05312 which has a thumb wheel that allows you to easily connect and disconnect without requiring tools. There isn't a more simple or automatic solution than this.
