The Tekonsha # TK93VR is the correct brake controller harness for your vehicle. The connector that the TK93VR plugs into is located under the dash to the left of the steering column taped to another wiring harness near the emergency brake pedal. In some cases, there's a trim panel under the dash that needs to be removed. If you click the link I've provided to the installation video, you can see where the connector is located at the 1:10 mark. The TK93VR plug is compatible with Tekonsha brand brake controllers, like the Primus, part # TK90160.
The # 3020-P you mention isn't the correct wiring harness for your Jeep Grand Cherokee, which might explain your difficulty in finding the correct connector. Also, if your GC doesn't have the factory 7-way trailer connector at the rear bumper, the brake controller connector won't be present under the dash and the controller would need to be hardwired in using our brake controller installation kit, # ETBC7. In order for the connector adapter included in the kit to work, the vehicle must be equipped with a 4-pin trailer connector which can be installed using part # 118245. I've linked you to an install video for the 118245 as well as to a help article that explains how the ETBC7 is installed. You can tell if its the factory trailer connector because the cover will have MOPAR stamped on it.
