Does Pop and Lock Tailgate Lock # PAL8350 Require Locking Handle on 2014 Ram 1500

Question:
Will this item fot a 2014 ram 1500 without a current locking tailgate,or would I have to buy a manually locking handle and cylinder and install them for this to work?

The Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock # PAL8350 does fit your 2014 Ram 1500 but it does require you to have a locking tailgate handle installed as well. Since we don't have a locking tailgate handle you'd need to source one elsewhere, but once you get one it will install easily with this.
