Never flat towed before. What parts do I need to get going.

You have definitely come to the right source and I'll be happy to help you get all of the equipment needed to flat tow your 2020 Jeep Gladiator. For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter.
For a base plate kit and tow bar combo I really like the Demco products because they are easy to use and the tow bars are some of the best out there that don't break the bank. You need part # DM9519336 if you have a plastic bumper (excluding Rubicon), part # DM9519344 for a Rubicon with a factory plastic bumper, or part # DM9519339 for a Rubicon with a factory steel bumper.
Then for a compatible tow bar I highly recommend the Dominator Non-Binding Tow Bar # DM9511008 because it has a weight rating of 7,500 lbs and an aluminum construction that is made in the USA and comes with a limited lifetime warranty so you know you are getting a tough product that will last a long time. This comes with safety cables and when combined with the Tow Bar Combo Kit with Diode System # DM9523057 you also get locks, a cover, and wiring for flat towing.
I also recommend using one of the Demco fixed supplemental braking systems because they are easy to operate after the initial installation and they remain hidden on your vehicle so you don't have to keep installing them and they are out of the way for normal operations. If your motorhome has air brakes you need the Air Force One # SM99243 but if it has hydraulic brakes you need the Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251.
Sometimes a high-low adapter is needed for flat towing setups. I am linking a helpful article that explains how to figure out if you need one or not but since the Dominator tow bar has a 1-1/2" rise/drop in the shank you most likely won't need one.
