The Rear TorkLift Tie-Downs # TLR3503 and # TLR3504 just have slightly different designs for different applications. Since you have the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum # TLF1002-30 on your 2004 Ford F-250 you need the 3504. The front tie-down will depend on a few other things about your pickup:
8 Foot Bed - without board or step underneath truck bed - # TLF2011 and # TLR3504
8 Foot Bed - without board or step underneath truck bed - # TLF2011A and # TLR3504A (aluminum version)
8 Foot Bed - with board or step underneath truck bed - # TLF4006 and # TLR3504
6-3/4 Foot Bed - without board or step underneath truck bed - # TLF2007 and # TLR3504
6-3/4 Foot Bed - without board or step underneath truck bed - # TLF2007A and # TLR3504A (aluminum version)
6-3/4 Foot Bed - with board or step underneath truck bed - # TLF4007 and # TLR3504
The kits mentioned above are for both the front and back.
