Yes, the Bunk Kit # MPG561 that you referenced will fit and work perfectly on the Malone MicroSport LowBed Trailer # MPG464-LB. I verified this with Malone.
This kit includes the two 84" x 4" padded bunks and all the needed mounting hardware.
