Question:
I have a 2006 GMS Sierra 2500HD with 4lift blocks on the axle, is there spacers that I need to use these air bags? or is there something else that will work? Thanks

In order to use the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 # AL57275 with a lifted truck, you will need to use spacers that match the amount of height gained in the rear after installing your lift.
For example, if your rear end raised 4" after the lift, you would need 4" spacers like the # AL52440 . You'll want to use the 2" spacers # AL52420 for 2" of lift. If you have a different amount of gain from the lift on your 2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD let me know and I can recommend a different spacer.
