I have a 2003 Honda Pilot and am wondering if two hullavators would fit on this vehicle? What cross bars would I need?

Two Hullavator Pros part # TH898 could fit on your 2003 Honda Pilot and it would be a matter of picking out a longer set of crossbars. For that the best option is the Malone Roof Rack part # MPG217 which has 65 inch long crossbars that are confirmed to fit your Pilot and work great with the Hullavator.
Each Hullavator will take up 28.5 inches of bars space so a 65 inch long bar would easily have room for two.
Be sure to check roof rack capacity of your vehicle as well as it must be at least 130 lbs according to Thule. Two Hullavators will weigh approximately 80 lbs, so you'll want to make sure the combined weight of the carriers, plus your kayaks do not exceed the max roof capacity of your Pilot OR the max weight capacity of the roof rack (165 lbs for MPG217), whichever is lower.
