Question:
7 Pin flat adapter to avoid the fast blink off my indicator and showing off on my dash board that is faulty bulb I have a trailer with LED 2013 Merceds/Benz Sprinter

Your vehicle is equipped with a Lamp-Out sensor. Because the LED lamps on your trailer draw only a fraction of the power that comparable incandescent lamps would, the vehicle lamp-out sensor thinks there's a burned out bulb which causes the hyperflash or fast blink you described. Using a # 20142 Trailer Connector Adapter will bypass that sensor and your turn signals on the vehicle and trailer will work correctly. If you click the provided link, you can see a product description video featuring the adapter.
