Hello I am interested in the Curt class 1 Hitch for a Toyota Prius My question is the following does this tow hitch kit come with the wiring harness included?

The Curt Class I receiver hitch you mentioned, part # C11468 would be a great choice for your 2009 Prius. The trailer wiring harness is sold separately as part # 118505.
If you use the provided links, you can see install videos for both the hitch and the wiring harness. You'll also need a ball mount like # C45521, a trailer ball like # A-82 for a 2 inch ball or # A-80 for a 1-7/8 inch ball and a pin and clip like # F-4.
